Residential Engineer Requirements
- B.S. in Structural Engineering or similar
- 5+ years of Structural Residential Engineering
- Fluent in AutoCAD/Civil3D
- Experience in site development
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proactive approach when interfacing with clients
Residential Engineer Responsibilities
- Preparation of permitting, design and construction documents
- Civil Engineering for site - grading, drainage, and utility design
- Site visits for construction oversight
