Restaurant Assistant General Manager Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in upscale or fine dining settings.
• Proven leadership skills—approachable, inspiring, and capable of setting and maintaining high standards.
• Ability to create exceptional guest experiences every time—hospitality is our passion.
• Thrive under pressure in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on approach to team development—train, mentor, and set expectations for excellence.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience managing P&L, budgets, and cost controls.
• Previous experience opening new restaurants is a plus.
