ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:

• History of success in developing high-performing teams
• Must be able to train out of the area for the first 8 weeks with the ability to return home on days off
• Full-service restaurant Manager for at least five or more years in a high-volume corporate structure
• A Strong culinary experience in a scratch kitchen is a plus but not required 
• Good work tenure
• Most recent experience must be in restaurant industry
