• 5+ years of experience in catering/event sales, specializing in weddings and social events
• Proven ability to boost revenue and meet/exceed sales goals
• A passion for hospitality, food & beverage, and team leadership
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of the Charlotte market
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure exceptional service
