We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a soon-to-open high-volume / fine-dining Mediterranean restaurant.

Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 3+ years of culinary experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking techniques, and safety standards
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for food, creativity, and quality service

Soud Chef Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
• Assist in the development and execution of seasonal menus and daily specials
• Ensure the quality and presentation of all food served meet restaurant standards
• Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to ensure continuous improvement
• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and receiving food supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and storage areas in accordance with health and safety regulations
