Seeking a professional and polished RESTAURANT ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER for our growing, upscale/trendy restaurant group to support the GM running day-to-day operations in a high-profile, high-volume venue.

Restaurant AGM Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 4 years experience in an AGM-level role in upscale or fine dining establishment
  • Strong and proven leadership qualities: affable, coach mentality, leads by example, upholds restaurant standards, clear and direct, communicator - must be the face of the place
  • Exceed the expectations of every guest every time - it's what we do!
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
  • Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything
  • Passionate, patient, and persistent personality
  • Train, coach, and direct team - set the bar high and never underdeliver
  • Strong financial experience overseeing P&L, budgets, and cost control
  • New restaurant opening experience highly preferred
  • Strong work/job tenures
