What we need:
- Must come from a Top ENR General Contractor
- Must be willing to travel 25-50% to job sites locally
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or any combination of formal construction-related education and professional experience that would meet the responsibilities listed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Primavera P6, Procore, and Bluebeam.
- Clean driving record
- Build and sustain strong partnerships with clients and project team members to ensure successful project outcomes and high client satisfaction.
- Guide and mentor project team members, offering support and cultivating a collaborative and positive work environment.
A little of what you’ll do:
- Build strong relationships with clients, design partners, and key project stakeholders by regularly visiting project sites and facilitating effective communication with the project team.
- Support construction management activities for assigned projects, including reviewing client contracts, participating in preconstruction and bidding processes, overseeing submittals and RFIs, coordinating purchases, resolving subcontractor issues, analyzing self-perform activities, and leading efficient project closeouts.
- Actively track and manage job costs and labor production to ensure project efficiency.
- Participate in regular meetings with project executives to review and discuss project financial performance.
- Closely monitor project cash flow and billings while negotiating and managing pricing changes (PCIs).
