We are seeking an exceptional Service Director to join the leadership team at one of New York City's most renowned fine dining clubs. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of front-of-house operations in a luxurious fine dining environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences at all times.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of service professionals to deliver world-class hospitality and service standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create seamless, memorable dining experiences for our exclusive clientele.
• Maintain a polished, professional atmosphere and ensure that all service procedures are executed to the highest standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with grace and professionalism.
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and ongoing training initiatives to ensure a top-tier team.
• Implement and uphold service standards to ensure consistency and excellence across all aspects of the guest experience.
• Oversee the smooth flow of operations, managing guest flow and ensuring optimal service during peak hours.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in a luxury or fine dining environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
• A deep understanding of fine dining service protocols and etiquette, as well as a passion for hospitality excellence.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
• Experience with wine pairings, high-end beverage service, and knowledge of luxury dining trends is a major plus.
• A “guest-first” mentality with a focus on providing exceptional, personalized service.
