Job Summary

Our client, one of New York's most iconic and influential personal injury law firms, is seeking a Social Media Marketing Assistant!


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and adhere to a tidy and strategic social media calendar that resonates with target audiences and stakeholders.
  • Create high-quality content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, that tells compelling stories and drives engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams while excelling independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Analyze data to track performance and optimize social strategies for growth.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our firm with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Assist with event marketing, including planning, setup, and execution.
  • Bring a creative edge to all content creation and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, English, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success across brands of all sizes, with the ability to create a splash through effective content.
  • Experience in graphic designvideo editing, and other content creation tools.
  • A talented writer and storyteller who thrives on connecting with diverse audiences.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Organized, social, and data-driven, with a zeal for taking challenges head-on.


This is a direct-hire, full-time, fully on-site role in NYC, hours are 9-6. Base salary is in the $55,000 - $60,000 range, plus PTO and benefits.
