Construction Project Manager Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients, design partners, and key stakeholders by being hands-on and present at project sites.
• Oversee every detail of the construction management process, including contracts, preconstruction, bidding, submittals, RFIs, purchases, and project closeouts.
• Analyze and manage costs, labor production, cash flow, and billings while negotiating and pricing PCIs.
• Lead the team to success by mentoring and guiding project team members, fostering collaboration, and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Travel locally (25–50%) to project sites with the convenience of a company vehicle.

Construction Project Manager Experience

• Top ENR General Contractor experience – your background will set you apart!
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Tech-savvy expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Primavera P6, Procore, and Bluebeam.
• A clean driving record and a passion for excellence.
