Terminal Director Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume, multi-unit environment.
• Proven track record of success in managing operations, driving sales, and achieving financial targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of airport operations and regulations is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
