Operations Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, mentor, and develop FOH team/s
  • Financial accountability, inventory management, vendor & supplier relations
  • Work closely with the management team to oversee daily operations of the restaurant
  • Create a positive and collaborative work culture
  • Assist in running private events

Operations Manager Qualifications

  • 4+ years of full-service restaurant management experience. Must have experience working in an upscale casual dining environment with a volume of 6M or higher. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of General Manager experience
  • Strong leadership ability, attention to detail, and success in leading veteran teams
  • Experience running and managing private events in addition to the restaurant clientele
  • Emotional maturity and strong soft skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively without a lot of structure
  • Strong work ethic; commitment and passion to grow your career in hospitality
