What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in catering and event sales, with a focus on weddings and social events
• A natural salesperson with a track record of increasing revenue and exceeding goals
• A true leader, passionate about hospitality, food & beverage, and team engagement
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of the Charlotte market is a MUST!
