What We’re Looking For:

• Experience & Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing in an upscale or fine dining environment, ideally with a scratch kitchen.
• Proven Track Record: You’ve managed restaurants with annual sales of $8M or more and know how to maintain operational excellence under pressure.
• Team Development: You're committed to coaching and developing your team, helping them reach their full potential.
• Attention to Detail: From guest service to operational flow, you have a keen eye for detail.
• Leadership Style: Confident, humble, and hands-on leadership that empowers your team to deliver their best work.
• Scheduling Expertise: Strong experience in writing schedules that maximize team productivity while ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
