Strong National Brand looking for Regional Vice President - West Coast Operations

This position oversees operations and sales teams, but want candidates with C-store operations leadership experience, VP or DO levels. Are not looking for hospitality or Sales candidates.

• The position reports to COO and covers 9 state area and 1,000 units
• Will have 8+ direct reports Sales team and operations team
• Candidate must be comfortable with heavy travel - 60% - living close to major airport helpful
• Must have strategic approach - strong leadership skills
• Must live in California, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Seattle or Portland

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• Leadership Role in C-store company - VP or DO level
• Ability to quickly understand the sales role - they don't need a sales background, but must come up to speed quickly to manage sales team
• Proven ability to deliver team results - strategic vision and leadership
