What You’ll Do:

  • Lead a dynamic team of 15+ employees, inspiring collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive recruitment and retention by fostering a people-first culture.
  • Train and develop your team to ensure success and growth.
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, offering feedback and support to your team.
  • Maintain flawless plate presentation for every guest.
  • Ensure operational excellence by adhering to company standards and holding the team accountable.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of management experience required.
  • 1+ year of kitchen or restaurant management experience required.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 15 or more staff members.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage internal and external stakeholders.
