·      Coach and Provide support to Sales Reps to build, develop, and retain market accounts.

·      Create a positive and team culture that focuses on success and accountability.

·      Work and collaborate with leadership and business development.

·      Stay up to date with food and sales trends.

·      Evaluate and analyze data and track activity, company matrix and KPIs.
