This position offers the chance to manage full-cycle accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), and billing, within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities for the Accounting Specialist:

• Oversee A/P and A/R processes, including vendor payments, client invoicing, and bank deposits
• Manage billing operations, credit card transactions, and quarterly commission payments
• Support corporate accounting activities such as cash flow projections and financial reporting
• Assist leadership with updates on cash position and other financial metrics

Qualifications for the Accounting Specialist:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in A/P, A/R, billing, or similar accounting roles
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
• A proactive self-starter with the ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively with leadership
