Job Summary

Seeking a results-driven sales leader to grow key grocery accounts and expand our premium ready-to-eat products. This role focuses on relationship management, strategic sales, and market growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key grocery accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Secure new accounts and drive reorders.
  • Collaborate with brokers and buyers.
  • Analyze market trends and optimize placement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
  • 8–10 years in grocery sales or account management.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with grocery operations and strategy.
  • Willingness to travel.
