What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee our resort’s vibrant culinary and dining experience. With over 35,000 sq Ft inside and 25,000 Sq FT Outside of event space and multiple dining outlets, this is your chance to make an impact at a top-tier resort that hosts everything from intimate gatherings to large-scale events. You’ll be leading a dedicated team to deliver impeccable service and exceptional dining moments every day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Inspire: Direct a large team of managers and associates across multiple dining outlets and event spaces. Foster a culture of excellence, hospitality, and teamwork.
• Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our Culinary and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of events, creating unforgettable experiences for every guest.
• Elevate Service: Oversee daily operations, from setting staffing levels to managing inventory, to maintain the highest service standards across all dining outlets.
• Innovate: Regularly update menus to reflect seasonal trends and the best local ingredients, all while maintaining our signature resort ambiance.
• Manage & Maintain: Ensure all assets, equipment, and spaces are in pristine condition, always anticipating the needs of our guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience as a Director of Food & Beverage in a luxury resort or 4-diamond property
• A passion for hospitality, service, and creating memorable guest experiences
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams (20+ managers and hundreds of associates)
• A collaborative mindset with experience working closely with Culinary, Sales, and other hotel department
• Expertise in managing high-volume banquet operations
