Assistant Manager Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in leading a FOH team to deliver outstanding service
• Uphold high standards for service, cleanliness, and food quality

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry
• Solid wine knowledge, including pairings, varietals, and inventory management
• Experience managing and motivating a front-of-house team in a casual fine dining environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with planning and supporting private and special events
