General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations as the General Manager for a high-volume, fine dining restaurant concept with a new opening planned for 2025.
  • Hire, train, and develop a top-tier team
  • Take disciplinary actions as needed to maintain a positive and professional work environment
  • Ensure consistency in food quality, drinks, and the overall guest experience
  • Lead by example and maintain the operational excellence of the restaurant

General Manager Requirements:

  • Winning personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • At least 5 years of experience as a General Manager in an upscale to casual fine dining environment
  • Strong motivation, an excellent work ethic, and a passion for the hospitality industry
  • Proven career progression with solid tenure at previous positions
