General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Experience Matters: 3+ years as a GM in a similar high-volume concept ($4M+/year).
  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and deliver top-tier quality and speed in menu execution.
  • Leadership: A firm, fair, and focused leader who can develop and inspire a large team.
  • Polished & Guest-Focused: Social media reviews and guest feedback matter to us, so we need someone who knows how to make every guest feel special.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the area is a bonus – this is a seasonal location with high traffic during baseball season.
  • Energetic Swagger: We’re looking for a polished candidate who exudes confidence and can maintain an upbeat vibe.
  • Late Nights: Comfortable managing an upscale lounge/club atmosphere with a late-night crowd.
  • Upscale Hotel F&B Experience: A strong plus but not required.


General Manager Benefits:

  • Relocation Support: Available on a case-by-case basis. We’re open to candidates outside of STL– fresh talent is a must!
  • Annual Reviews: Every February, with the potential for a 4% increase.
  • Benefits: 401(k) with 45% employer contribution, full health coverage, short- and long-term disability.
  • Vacation Negotiation: Flexibility for vacation time in the first year.
  • Sick Days: 5 days annually, with rollover options.
