We’re excited to invite a skilled and passionate General Manager to lead our soon-to-launch high-volume fine-dining establishment in the vibrant heart of Midtown. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exceptional team and a dynamic new restaurant concept.

General Manager Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a high-volume, concept-driven restaurant, ideally one that frequently accommodates private events.
- Leadership Skills: Prior success in opening new restaurant concepts, assembling and developing teams, and implementing front-of-house (FOH) and HR systems is highly desirable.
- Culinary Interest: Strong enthusiasm for and knowledge of Asian and Korean cuisine, beverages, and cultural nuances.
General Manager responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the FOH leadership team, including the Service Director, Beverage Director, and Assistant General Manager.
- Embody and promote exceptional hospitality, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Drive operational excellence while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
