Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• 4+ years as a full-service General Manager in an upscale or casual dining environment. Must have experience with a sales volume of 8M or higher and some corporate systems experience
• Strong leadership ability; you are someone who naturally inspires those around you and can create a positive and productive work environment
• Strong financial acumen; experience managing full P & L
• Highly organized, detail-orientated, and guest focused
• A sincere passion for hospitality and a desire to grow your career
