Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years working in an upscale or fine dining environment with a scratch kitchen
• Experience executing annual sales volumes of $8M or above
• Dedication to the development of the team
• Attention to detail
• A humble but, confident leadership technique
• Experience with schedule writing
