We are seeking a passionate and innovative Research and Development Chef to lead the charge in creating exciting culinary offerings. In this role, you will play a central role in developing new recipes, refining existing menu items, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional food experiences for our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Refine and improve existing menu items, ensuring consistency and excellence in flavor, presentation, and cost.
• Work closely with culinary teams, suppliers, and other departments to meet operational and customer expectations.
• Conduct thorough food testing and analysis to ensure the highest product quality.
• Stay on top of industry trends and emerging culinary innovations to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Ensure that all food preparation complies with safety, health, and quality standards.

Who You Are:

• You have a Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• You have 3–5 years of experience working in scratch kitchens or restaurant R&D.
• You are knowledgeable in food costing, menu development, and how to scale operations efficiently.
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills are second nature to you.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on problem solving.
• You’re comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time to collaborate with various teams and suppliers.
