We seek a dedicated Cyber Systems Support Specialist to join our team on-site at Hurlburt Field, FL. This role involves providing technical support for the Persistent Cyber Training Environment platform. The specialist will monitor, document, and resolve user-reported issues, ensuring operational service standards are met. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing guidance, escalating issues, and supporting software/device installations and upgrades.

Cyber Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Utilize Jira Service Manager tools and vSphere to maintain and monitor the PCTE platform for optimal performance
• Address user-reported issues and implement swift resolutions
• Create and manage user accounts while ensuring data accuracy and adherence to security protocols
• Incorporate user feedback to enhance the platform and customer experience
• Support systems across various classifications: Unclassified, Sec/REL, and Top Secret

Cyber Support Specialist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or 5 years’ equivalent experience)
• 8570 Compliant IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+, CISSP certification within six months of hire)
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to error rates below 5%
• Experience in IT, virtual environments, and network support.
• U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance, with either Full Scope or CI Poly
