Job Summary
We seek a dynamic and experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our team and develop technical training materials for a diverse Department of Defense audience. As an LXD, you will be vital in designing and delivering innovative learning solutions that equip range engineers to operate a cyber training project.

Learning Experience Designer Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain engaging technical training materials across various modalities, including instructor-led, micro-learning, blended learning, and self-paced
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with mission requirements and training platform needs
- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation for diverse audiences
- Implement rapid content development processes in a dynamic environment
- Evaluate and enhance course effectiveness through feedback and analytics
- Stay updated on emerging technologies to refine training methodologies and tools
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables effectively from concept to evaluation
Learning Experience Designer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training development, instructional design, and delivery
- Proficiency in instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and the ADDIE model
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), content development tools (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud), and evaluation models like Kirkpatrick
- U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a TS/SCI security clearance
- Occasional travel may be required up to 10% of the time
