Job Summary
We seek a dedicated and skilled Technical Instructor to join our team and play a vital role in training a diverse DoD audience of range engineers on the operation of the world’s largest cyber range. The Technical Instructor will deliver courses online and in person, evaluate student progress, and assist with course development and maintenance.

Technical Instructor Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training on topics such as virtualization, range creation, databases, identity and authentication services, and networking
- Collaborate with content developers to create course-related materials, including frameworks and PCTE platform-related requirements
- Conduct virtual, in-residence, and hybrid training sessions
- Employ effective classroom management techniques to maximize student engagement
- Organize class rosters, track student progress, and evaluate assessments
- Provide constructive feedback and finalize student evaluations
- Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy
- Assess and recommend improvements for training programs
Technical Instructor Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in technical instruction, preferably in IT-related fields with both virtual and in-person delivery
- Familiarity with technologies like VMware vSphere/NSX, Microsoft Active Directory, Linux, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Puppet or Ansible, and networking
- Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI security clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as part of a mobile training team
