Job Summary

Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and run daily operations
  • Ensure the highest quality of brand standards
  • Train and manage FOH and BOH staff teams
  • Oversee and coordinate staff schedules to meet business needs
  • Act as the right hand to GM at the location

Assistant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in restaurant management
  • Strong financial understanding
  • Strong leadership ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, high volume experience
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Polished and professional, passion for hospitality
