Executive Chef Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Chef (scratch Italian experience is a plus!)
• Proven success in opening new restaurant locations
• Strong background in cost management and financial oversight
• Experience managing a scratch kitchen producing $3M+ annually
• A hands-on leader who thrives in both kitchen operations and team development
