Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the upkeep and repair of resort buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate seasonal duties such as snow removal, landscaping, and pool care, utilizing heavy equipment as needed.
• Supervise and mentor the maintenance team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Quickly address and resolve maintenance issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a hotel or RV Park environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems and pools.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects and leading a team of professionals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, guests, and external partners.
• Certification in facilities management or engineering (e.g., CFM, LEED AP) is a plus.
