Job Summary
We are actively seeking a dynamic, innovative, and resourceful Director of Revenue Management to lead the revenue growth strategy for our luxury Los Angeles property.
Qualifications for Director of Revenue Management:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or Accounting
- At least 4-years experience as Revenue Director in a high-end hotel, ideally within the Los Angeles market
- 6+ years of professional experience in a luxury hospitality setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Delphi systems
- Proven expertise in managing partnerships with OTAs
Key Responsibilities for Director of Revenue Management:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with the executive team
- Partner with the sales team to determine group rates and manage occupancy needs
- Collaborate with Finance team to create accurate forecasts
- Monitor transient market trends to adjust rates to target appropriate market segments
- Negotiate and maintain rate structures with OTAs
- Generate and distribute daily and weekly forecasting and pick-up reports
- Prepare monthly business review documents
- Present strategic plans and performance metrics to Sr. Leadership and Stakeholders
