Job Summary

We are actively seeking a dynamic, innovative, and resourceful Director of Revenue Management to lead the revenue growth strategy for our luxury Los Angeles property.


Qualifications for Director of Revenue Management:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or Accounting
  • At least 4-years experience as Revenue Director in a high-end hotel, ideally within the Los Angeles market
  • 6+ years of professional experience in a luxury hospitality setting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Delphi systems
  • Proven expertise in managing partnerships with OTAs

Key Responsibilities for Director of Revenue Management:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies in collaboration with the executive team
  • Partner with the sales team to determine group rates and manage occupancy needs
  • Collaborate with Finance team to create accurate forecasts
  • Monitor transient market trends to adjust rates to target appropriate market segments
  • Negotiate and maintain rate structures with OTAs
  • Generate and distribute daily and weekly forecasting and pick-up reports
  • Prepare monthly business review documents
  • Present strategic plans and performance metrics to Sr. Leadership and Stakeholders
