We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead and manage the financial operations of our organization. Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, in a senior leadership role
• MBA, or relevant advanced degree (CPA preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, regulations, analysis, risk management, and corporate governance
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities
• Background within the legal field is highly desirable 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & reporting, and analysis
• Develop and implement financial strategies, controls, policies, and procedures to ensure the organization's financial health and regulatory compliance
• Manage the financial operations team, including overseeing daily accounting functions, cash flow management, and the preparation of tax filings
• Monitor and manage risk exposure, implementing measures to mitigate financial and operational risks
• Serve as a key advisor to the executive team and board on financial matters, helping to drive the company's long-term growth and profitability
