General Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the restaurant industry.
• Extensive wine knowledge, including pairing, varietals, and inventory management.
• Experience managing a front-of-house (FOH) team of 40+ staff in casual fine dining settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of successfully planning and executing private and special events.

• Lead and inspire a team of 60 FOH staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure operational excellence in service standards, cleanliness, and food quality.
• Oversee financial performance, budgets, and revenue growth strategies.
