Job Summary

- 5+ years of leadership experience (minimum 3 years as General Manager) in a fine-dining setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Self-motivated with a hands-on, “no job is too small” attitude.

General Manager Qualifications:
- Hospitality focused
- 5+ years experience (at least 3 as a General Manager) in fine-dining restaurants
- Excellent wine, spirits, and beverage knowledge
- Strongly self-motivated and great work ethic
- Pleasant, polite, and a strong focus on guest service
- Ability and passion for training, motivating, and leading a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Fine-dining background
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, servant leader; Nothing is 'not your job'
