Job Summary

We are currently seeking a revenue leader! This leader will be very knowledgeable about luxury hotel operations, is very attuned to the economic environment, attuned to the busy LA market, and understands different strategies to maximize revenue while maintaining brand standards and market perception.

Luxury Hotel Director of Revenue Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality management
  • 4+ years experience as a Director of Revenue for a luxury hotel, preferably in the LA market
  • 6+ years of experience in Luxury hotels
  • Expert-level abilities in Delphi and Excel
  • Experience with OTA relationship management


Luxury Hotel Director of Revenue Responsibilities:

  • Maximize revenue by working with the executive team on dynamic pricing strategies
  • Work with sales on group rates and occupancy requirements
  • Work with the finance department on forecasting
  • Attune to the market transient forecast to adjust rates and target market segments
  • Work with OTAs on rate offerings
  • Create daily and weekly forecast and pickup reports
  • Create monthly business review reports
  • Present strategies and results to leadership and ownership
