Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring on-time material, fabrication, and labor performance
• Assess resource requirements and coordinate with in-house staff, vendors, and subcontractors
• Attend meetings at customer locations, job-sites, and supplier facilities
• Monitor and report financial performance to Senior PM, Supervisor, and Controller
• Negotiate and manage purchases with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Document, negotiate, and resolve change orders, extra work orders, and claims
• Supervise the preparation of shop drawings, field measurements, and installation drawings
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project specifications
• Maintain project records and adhere to company policies, procedures, and values

Qualifications:

• Proficient in AutoCAD and ability to read blueprints and written specifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Willingness to travel to customer job sites, suppliers, and fabricators
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
