Site Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead the production of schematic designs and detailed construction plans.
• Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports to support project feasibility.
• Perform stormwater quality and quantity design calculations to develop effective drainage systems.
• Conduct utility design calculations for water, sewer, and other land development infrastructure.
• Oversee grading calculations and ensure accurate site development plans.
• Utilize HEC-RAS modeling for hydraulic analysis, floodplain determination, and channel flow assessments.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Site Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (required).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and design.
• 10+ years of experience in stormwater technical design, utility design, grading calculations, and hydraulic modeling.
• Hands-on experience with HEC-RAS modeling for hydraulic analysis and floodplain determination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
