Position: Litigation Associate (3th-6th Year)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified 3rd to 6th-year Litigation Associate to join our Commercial Litigation group in the Orange County office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in both state and federal court, with proficiency in legal research, writing, drafting and arguing motions, leading hearings, taking depositions, and providing general litigation support. This role offers a unique opportunity for rapid professional development, working closely with senior members of the group in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in both state and federal court proceedings.
- Draft and argue motions, lead hearings, and take depositions.
- Conduct discovery, prepare pleadings, and provide litigation support.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys in case strategy, witness preparation, and other key aspects of litigation.
Qualifications:
- Admission to the California Bar is required.
- Outstanding academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous law firm and/or clerkship experience preferred.
- Experience in conducting discovery, drafting pleadings and motions, witness preparation, and taking/defending depositions is highly desirable.
