Job Summary
Our Fine Dining Restaurant is looking for a quality-driven Beverage Manager for a large program including a 6K bottle wine cellar. This is a rare opportunity within the company; now is a great time to be part of something special. We are a very busy restaurant and looking for someone with a Fine Dining background and 15+ million in sales experience. We also have a large team of over 120 so the ability to manage a large staff is critical. We look forward to interviewing our next leader and have a sense of urgency in our interview process.
Restaurant Beverage Manager Responsibilities:
- Drive profitability and system compliance
- Build team talent by hiring the correct people and development
- Drives sales through creating memorable guest experiences with an exceptional beverage program - we want them to come back again and again
- Plans and communicates effectively with team and supervisors - organization is key to success
Restaurant Beverage Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, fine-dining setting
- Experience with a steakhouse is strongly preferred
- Understanding of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
- Strong organizational and leadership with creative problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to provide and take direction
- Excellent wine and spirit knowledge
