Regional Account Manager – Must Have Construction Industry Experience

Regional Account Manager – What You Need

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven success in construction sales
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP/CRM systems
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction systems, including:
    • Industrial lightweight building applications (roofing)
    • Building envelopes, rainscreen, insulation, and solar products
  • Market Expertise: Experience working with OEMs, distributors, specifiers, and subcomponent suppliers
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated history of business development and client acquisition
  • Virtual Savvy: Ability to market, develop, communicate, and train customers using virtual tools
  • Presentation Skills: Comfortable representing the company at conferences and technical trade shows
