Commercial Real Estate Advisor Responsibilities

Commercial Real Estate Advisor Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of proven success in business expansion and customer relationship management.
  • Hold or are willing to obtain a state Real Estate License.

  • Excel in organization, multitasking, and working within deadlines.
  • Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Are creative, flexible, and eager to succeed in a 100% commission-based role.

  • Compensation Model: 1099/Individual Contractor with unlimited earning potential.
