Entertainment Project Manager Position Overview
As an Entertainment Project Manager, you will oversee the entire event lifecycle—from concept development to flawless execution. You’ll collaborate with clients, creative teams, and vendors to deliver exceptional events that leave lasting impressions. This role requires strong organizational skills, creative vision, and the ability to manage multiple high-profile projects simultaneously.

Entertainment Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience planning and producing high-level corporate events for discerning clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Keynote, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, holidays, and travel (20-50 days annually).
- Comfortable presenting ideas and proposals to high-profile clients.
Entertainment Project Manager Key Responsibilities
- Creative Vision & Storytelling:
- Curate and select imagery that aligns with event themes and concepts.
- Develop and sketch creative ideas to effectively communicate vision to clients and stakeholders.
- Innovative Brainstorming & Concept Development:
- Generate fresh ideas and source unique vendors for projects.
- Develop creative solutions that align with client goals and themes.
- Event Planning & Management:
- Lead on-site entertainment management and ensure seamless execution of all logistical elements.
- Conduct site visits to anticipate potential challenges and provide solutions.
- Plan and manage events with precision, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Operational Excellence:
- Develop and maintain planning documents, including production timelines and run-of-show schedules.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare client quotes, negotiate vendor rates, and manage payment collections.
- Client Communication & Presentation:
- Prepare visually compelling presentations and proposals for clients.
- Act as the primary contact, facilitating communication between clients, project teams, and vendors.
