Job Summary

We're a quickly-evolving AI tech company with a stretch across multiple industries on a mission to do just that. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dynamic COO to lead our operational strategy, optimize processes, and support our rapid growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO to develop and execute company goals, identify improvements, and align performance metrics.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Tech. Drive efficiency and promote best practices.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor senior management, foster a positive work culture, and ensure ongoing development of high-performance teams.
  • Risk & Compliance: Identify operational risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Growth Support: Scale operations to support business growth and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication across departments and with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years in senior operational roles, ideally at a tech startup
  • Proven experience in fundraising and securing growth capital
  • Strong expertise in corporate finance, scaling strategies, and team leadership
  • Advanced degree (MBA preferred)
  • On-site presence required three days a week in Milwaukee area office
