Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial Event Director to drive sales, and take us to the next phase of our growth trajectory. The ideal candidate enjoys cultivating client relationships, generating leads (that turn into sales), and has a proven track record in event sales.

Event Director Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, social, and private event markets.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their event needs are met with exceptional service.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events in collaboration with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the seamless execution of events.
Director of Event Sales Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in event sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in the event or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
