Sous Chef's Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Michelin experience is a must!
  • Creative, passionate, and high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to lead
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and capable of working under pressure

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining food cost
  • Ability to teach a winning crew flawless menu execution
  • Oversee service and expediting from the line
  • Expert in using knives and all cooking equipment for preparation
  • Comply with all county and state laws governing food service operations
