Job Summary

A leading dental implants company with locations across LA and Orange County is seeking a Professional Relationship Manager to drive new business via being the eyes and ears in the community and identify new dentists, staying current on market trends and movement, and gathering feedback to improve and continue to grow referring partnerships. Candidates living within the San Fernando Valley will be preferred

Professional Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify and strategically target prospect referring offices
  • Outbound and Inbound calls
  • Schedule weekly meetings with doctors and key team members
  • Invitations and promotion of study clubs and events
  • Create relationships with individuals in referring practices that lead to referred patients
  • Educate prospects and existing referrals on client and how they can create a partnership
  • Event planning, logistics, organization, promotion, and attendance
  • Track activity, growth, and success
  • Implement marketing strategies

Professional Relationship Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or networking within the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Knowledge of dental practices and terminology, especially related to dental implants (preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Professional Relationship Manager Compensation:

  • $70,000 - 90,000 base, commission with expected annual OTE totaling $120,000 - $150,000
