Restaurant General Manager Expectations

• 1-2 years of experience as a General Manager in a fast-casual restaurant
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, food safety standards, and labor control
• Experience with catering and community outreach
• Back-of-house experience in a high-volume setting
• Proven ability to drive sales and control costs in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional leadership skills with a talent for mentoring and developing your team
